01 · Three hours
The Prelude
A private afternoon together.
For couples who are good — and want to stay that way.
You don't need a problem to solve.
Sometimes you just need to stop long enough to notice each other again.
The Prelude is three private hours away from the usual noise. Work. Children. Plans. Phones. The things that somehow always need doing.
A beautiful setting. Lunch. A few well-chosen questions. Time on your own together.
There are no other couples.
No group sharing.
Nothing to prepare.
And you won't spend three hours talking about your relationship.
The idea is much simpler.
Make time for it.
What happens
We start together.
Nothing formal. A conversation about the two of you and what brought you here.
From there, I'll introduce a few questions and prompts at the right moments.
Some will make you think.
Some will make you laugh.
One or two might take the conversation somewhere you weren't expecting.
Then I'll leave you alone for part of the afternoon.
You eat.
Talk.
Wander.
Or don't talk at all.
I'll guide when it's useful and get out of the way when it isn't.
There is no relationship score at the end.
No list of things to work on.
Just the chance to leave knowing something more about the person you arrived with.
“The format was perfect for us… while our children were at school, which allowed us to be fully present.”
Emilie Blanchard
“Everything felt safe and just between us as a couple.”
Who it's for
The Prelude works particularly well if:
You're visiting Bali and want to do something together that has a little more meaning.
Life has been busy and you haven't had much time for the two of you.
You're curious about Solas but aren't looking for a full-day or longer experience.
Or you're simply thinking:
“We're good. It would be nice to make some time for us.”
That's enough.
